Shipping Policy
We ship all manufactured parts from within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services, with dispatch typically made within 1–3 business days of order completion. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 1–3 working days once dispatched. All orders include tracking, and customers will receive a tracking link as soon as their parcel is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight. We take great care in packaging parts securely; however, if any item arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds Policy
Custom-made or manufactured-to-order parts are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive faulty or significantly different from the approved specification. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assess the issue. Once a return is approved and the item is received back with all components and original packaging, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
